Arsenal in the battle to sign No.10 technically gifted forward

Arsenal are the favourites to land the talented Mykhaylo Mudryk. The London club will have to shell in the region of €35m to get Ukraine international to the Emirates. The Gunners have been under severe pressure to perform on the bigger stages for the last few years.

And they have managed to break the shackles this campaign, the Spanish coach has revamped his side in style, and the results are pretty evident, as Arsenal are currently leading the PL table. Mudryk saw a number of offers coming for him in the summer.

But Shakhtar Donetsk managed to keep a hold of him. Roma pushed a move for Mykhaylo but their bid of €30m was outrightly rejected. Shakhtar’s Director of Football Darijo Srna has warned suitors that they will have to shell out an enormous sum for the 21-year-old winger, who has excelled in every role this campaign.

The Ukrainian forward has been fantastic in the Champions League, and another club Juventus are also believed to be after him. The Gunners brought in Gabriel Jesus this summer. And adding the Ukrainian to the squad will only inject more youthfulness into their squad.

The likes of Saka and Martinelli have already displayed their prospects, and together, they could be one of Europe’s hottest attacking contingents. Mykhaylo’s stock has only gone upwards, and the Miners will demand nearly €35m. Despite his handful number of matches in senior football teams are set to bet big on him.
